Arbiters
Of science
Ever-present
A high
Pitched whine
Jumping synapses
Never-ending
Sounds reverberate
Off this vertebrate
Disturbing the aura

Inspired by silence, or the lack thereof, I created this poem and image tonight. The poem is self explanatory, as is the image. I created the design in Photoshop. Please note that the image of the hissing wave form is courtesy of electrical/audio engineer Sergio Teran.
